Some periods have been averaged out over 1 year to accomodate the varying number of days in the months. I.e.
365 Days In 1 Year (7 Days Per Week)
260 Days In 1 Year (5 Days Per Week)
1 Month = 30.41666666 Days (365 Days / 12 Months Average) (7 Days Per Week)
1 Month = 21.75 Days (365 Days - 104 Weekend Days) (5 Days Per Week)
