There seems to be evidence that people actually known (not a friend of a friend kind of stuff), have received their package with card, activation instructions, details of GPP2 & of course the NDA agreement.
(They were gobsmacked and, I quote “Wouldn’t believe it if I didn't see it... Hope yours comes soon.”)
As GPP2 is supposed to complete by the end of the year our GPP1 packages shouldn't be too long.
